I think they are considered number one because of their good response. They have people monitoring the system. Some company’s use an automatic dialer to notify police..They have fewer false alarms and the police will respond. When you have mechanical dialer’s you have a lot more false alarms and the police will not respond. It usually cost a little more but in most cases it is worth it.
